Notes on changes:
- modified all reserve limits so that they are based on native tokens rather than PLS; we will get better protection this way when price is crashing
- added a minimum deposit limit to avoid people abusing the protocol (bots)
- added an option for anyone (mainly team) to repay a user's bad debt and block him/her forever (so that we can make depositor whole in a shortfall event)
- simplified flash loans so that user must pay back in same block
- implemented multisig and timelock for better protocol governance
Audit + Eth testnet next and then ETH mainnet
